Fund the Pathway Into Cybersecurity
Neurodivergent talent belongs in cybersecurity. Financial barriers, inaccessible training, certification costs, and limited access to professional opportunities can make that path harder than it needs to be.
Neurodiverse Hackers works to remove those barriers.
We exist to remove the barriers keeping neurodivergent talent out of cybersecurity careers.
Pattern recognition that will not switch off. Focus that runs for six hours straight. An instinct for the one thing that does not belong.
Certification costs. Hiring processes that reward presentation over ability. Work environments that make it difficult for neurodivergent people to succeed.
Sponsorship helps us address those barriers directly by funding resources, community programs, and access to professional training and certifications.
Neurodiverse Cyber Pathways
Neurodiverse Cyber Pathways is our initiative to help neurodivergent people access the education, training, tools, and opportunities they need to enter and grow within cybersecurity.
Support may help provide access to certification exams, cybersecurity training, hands-on labs, conferences, mentorship, accessibility resources, and other educational opportunities.
The goal is simple: remove practical barriers so more neurodivergent people can develop their skills and participate fully in the cybersecurity community.
- Certification Exams
- Training & Labs
- Conference Access
- Mentorship
- Accessibility Support
- Learning Resources
